The Histria Project was created at the end of 2019 as a result of many years of experience working in the field with foreign and domestic clients in the furnishing of family homes, holiday homes, multi-apartment buildings, and hotels. We are driven by the desire to provide each client with the best furnishing and consulting service, from initial planning to implementation. Our values are integrity, transparency, and reliability.

WHY HISTRIA PROJECT?

A special feature of HP’s work is the possibility to join the project of any client. With an offer of more than 5,000 items, we are sure that we can reach a compromise and a common conceptual solution for everything that our clients have imagined.

1/ Our joint cooperation begins with the first conversation in which we actually discover what kind of project it is – family house, holiday villa, apartment, renovation, and the like. Respecting the wishes of customers, trends in the world of design, and respecting the environment (surroundings) and the purpose of the building, we jointly agree on the direction of furnishing – modern, Mediterranean, minimalist, and functional.

2/ In order to be able to make the most accurate offer, we need project plans in PDF or DWG format. After that, we put together proposals for each room in pdf for pictures and combinations of ceramics that would be used, and we put together an offer with items and prices. Then we send it to clients for review and agree on the selection.

3/ After accepting the proposal, we come to the field – most often to the building itself with samples of the agreed tiles and arrange them in the space for which they are intended. In this way, the real effect of how the ceramics will look in the new building is obtained, and the clients have a greater power to visualize the space itself, and most often in those moments the decision becomes final and the clients become confident in their choice.

4/ If it is really difficult for clients to decide, we also offer 3D visualization of the space and the possibility of interior design down to the last detail.

5/ When the offer is ready and accepted by the client, we agree on the deadline for delivery to the facility. If there is a change of deadlines by the investor or the contractor on the building itself, we try to adapt as much as possible to the needs of our clients and the situation on the construction site.

 

An individual approach enables us to have the best approach to each client and to devote ourselves to the wishes of furnishing.
The steps of our cooperation are:
– An informative meeting to coordinate the wishes and requirements of the client
– Preparation of conceptual proposals and offers for clients according to the draft
– We bring samples to the field
– When we reach an agreement, we go to the field and do detailed measurements with real m2.
– We agree on delivery dates and adapt to the situation on the construction site as much as we can.
